These single stage KNF diaphragm vacuum pumps have a flow rate of 6 L/min (0.22 CFM) and a vacuum of 8.6 inHg (218 Torr). These 100% oil free diaphragm pumps are ideal for use in environmental monitoring and analytical technology. With an all stainless steel pump head, and PTFE valve plate and wave diaphragm, the N86ST.16E is great for neutral or aggressive gasses and is also rated to process high temperature gasses up to 240°C.
