Pfeiffer Part Number: PM 016 312.

This Pfeiffer fine inlet screen (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the HiPace 300, 300H, or 350 turbo pumps. This screen has a CF 6.0" flange size. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Pfeiffer part number PM 016 315.

This screen fits:
  • HiPace 300 with Conflat CF 6.0" flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P03 901
  • HiPace 300H with Conflat CF 6.0" flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P05 541 C
  • HiPace 350 with Conflat CF 6.0" flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: P070 411 40
