Pfeiffer Part Number: PM 016 312.

This Pfeiffer fine inlet screen (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the HiPace 800 or 1200 turbo pumps. This screen has a CF 10.0" flange size. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Pfeiffer part number: PM 016 321.

This screen fits:
  • HiPace 800 with Conflat CF 10.0" flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P04 301
  • HiPace 1200 with Conflat CF 10.0" flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P06 002
