Pfeiffer Fine Inlet Centering Ring Screen (0.8 mm) Splinter Guard fits HiPace Turbo Pumps with DN 160 ISO-K 160 Flange.

This Pfeiffer fine inlet screen (0.8 mm mesh) with centering ring has a multifunctional coating for anti-twist protection. It is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the HiPace 450 or 700 turbo pumps. This screen has an ISO-K 160 flange size. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Pfeiffer part number: PM 016 217 AU.

  • HiPace 450 with ISO-K 160 flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P070 501 40
  • HiPace 700 with ISO-K 160 flange, Pfeiffer pump part number: PM P03 933
