Thanks to a very simple and highly reliable design, the Pfeiffer DUO 3 dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump provides great performance with high pumping stability. This compact, high performance series pumps down to 10-3 mbar. This pump also contains a high vacuum safety valve. This Pfeiffer DUO dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump has a pumping speed displacement of 2.5 CFM.
