Agilent Varian Ground Slit Plate for 959, 959D Agilent Leak Detector, PN- K3088001

This is a replacement Ground Slit Plate, located within the ion source cavity of the leak detector. These plates are commonly cleaned, then re-installed and, when cleaning is no longer possible, simply replaced. This part must replaced using lint-free gloves and clean conditions, in accordance with maintenance instructions of the user manuals.
