The Agilent Varian FRG-702 Cold Cathode Pirani Combination Full Range Gauge is an all metal sealed version of the FRG-700. These FRG-702 gauges are a single, compact unit, has a pressure range from 3.8 x 10-9 to 760 Torr (5 x 10-9 to 1000 mBar), with a KF-25 (NW-25) vacuum flange. Works with Varian turbo pump systems (MiniTask and TPS Compact), Varian turbo racks, and Navigator controllers turbo V81 and turbo V301. The Agilent Varian FRG-702 is metal sealed and this is the gauge only. Hardware and cable sold separately.
