This Leybold Scrollvac 3 Plus dry scroll pump is capable of achieving peak pumping speeds of up to 2 CFM (3.5 m3/h) at 60 Hz, and a typical ultimate pressure of 0.0750 Torr (0.1 mbar) with closed gas ballast. As such, the Scrollvac 3 Plus is a very capable alternative to diaphragm pumps.
