Leybold Fine Centering Ring Inlet Screen (0.8 mm), Splinter Guard, fits TURBOVAC 950i, 1350i with ISO-K DN 200 Flange.
Leybold Part Number: 800133V0042.

This Leybold fine screened centering ring (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of ISO-K DN 200. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:
  • TURBOVAC 950i with ISO-K 200 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 840091V1000
  • TURBOVAC 1350i with ISO-K 200 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 850092V1000
This fine screen centering ring has Leybold part number 800133V0042.
