Leybold Fine Centering Ring Inlet Screen (0.8 mm), Splinter Guard, fits TURBOVAC with CF 6.0 in. Flange.
Leybold Part Number: 800132V0022.

This Leybold fine screened centering ring (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of CF 6.0 Inch. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:
  • TURBOVAC 250i with CF 6.0 inch (DN 100 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 820061V1000
  • TURBOVAC 350i with CF 6.0 inch (DN 100 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 830061V1000
This fine screen centering ring has Leybold part number 800132V0022.
