Leybold Coarse Centering Ring Inlet Screen (3.2 mm), Splinter Guard, fits TURBOVAC with ISO-K DN 63 Flange.

This Leybold coarse screened centering ring (3.2 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of ISO-K DN63. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:
  • TURBOVAC 90i with ISO-K 63 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 810031V1000
