Leybold Coarse Centering Ring Inlet Screen (3.2 mm), Splinter Guard, fits TURBOVAC with ISO-K DN 100 Flange.
Leybold Part Number: 800133V0021.

This Leybold coarse screened centering ring (3.2 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of ISO-K DN100. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:
  • TURBOVAC 250i with ISO-K 100 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 820051V1000
  • TURBOVAC 350i with ISO-K 100 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 830061V1000
This coarse screen centering ring has Leybold part number 800133V0021.
