Leybold Coarse Centering Ring Inlet Screen (3.2 mm), Splinter Guard, fits TURBOVAC with CF 8.0 in. Flange.

This Leybold coarse screened centering ring (3.2 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of CF 8.0 Inch. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:
  • TURBOVAC 450i with CF 8.0" (DN 160 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 830071V1000
  • TURBOVAC 850i with CF 8.0" (DN 160 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 840071V1000
This coarse screen centering ring has Leybold part number 800132V0031.
