This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 15 x 15 octagonal top or bottom plate to one centered 9 x 9 inch opening. The 9 x 9" opening accepts any 9 x 9 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
