This is an uncoated Ideal Vacuum Cube adapter plate that converts a 6 x 12 Cube frame opening to two 6 x 6 inch opening. The 6 x 6" openings accept any 6 x 6 Cube plate, greatly expanding porting options for pumping and feedthroughs, or viewing options. The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
