This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube 9 x 9 inch plate with one centered CF 4.5" Conflat port. The plate is machined from 304L stainless steel and is uncoated for bakeout to 150°C, the limit of the Viton sealing O-ring.
This Conflat CF ported plate has 5/16-24 UNF tapped holes for mounting a turbo pump or CF flanged tubing. The plate's Conflat port requires eight (8) 5/16-24 x 1.0" long, silver-plated, 12 point bolts (P1012250). The CF port is not compatible with metal gaskets. Use only Viton seals (P104343). Cube baseline vacuum is 1 x 10-7 Torr.
