This Edwards fine screened centering ring (1.1 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the nEXT930D or nEXT1230H turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of CF 10.0 Inch. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Edwards part number B8J200810.

  • nEXT930D with CF 10.0 inch (DN 200 CF) inlet, Edwards pump part number: B8K200F00
