Bolt Kit for Connecting ISO-F DN 63, 80, 100 Hole Through Flange to Threaded Bulkhead Weld-On Flange, Includes 1 Silver Plated M8 x 1.25 x 30 mm Long Bolt and1 Stainless Steel Washer.

These bolt kits consist of 1 hex head, silver plated M8 x 1.25 x 30 mm long bolt and 1 stainless steel flat washer. The bolts are the correct length for connecting standard ISO-F 63, 80 or 100 hole through flanges or fittings to the same size ISO threaded bulkhead flanges without bottoming out. The bolts are silver plated to prevent galling or seizing of the bolts and to make them easier to loosen, especially if they have been heated to bakeout temperatures. A centering ring with O-ring seal is required and sold separately (see below).

The number of bolt kits needed depends on the ISO-F flange size:

ISO-63: Needs 4 kits
ISO-80: Needs 8 kits
ISO-100: Needs 8 kits

If an ISO-K type flange is to be connected to a bulkhead ISO-F flange, a similar number of single claw clamps with longer bolts is needed (part number P108058, fits ISO 63, 80, and 100 flanges). The same centering ring is used for connecting ISO-F or ISO-K type flanges to an ISO-F threaded bulkhead flange.
