These Agilent Varian calibrated helium leaks are typically used as external calibration source or to confirm that the helium leak detector is working properly. It is important to note that the Agilent Varian 959 helium leak detector does not have a build in internal calibrated leak. That is, the 959 helium leak detector requires an external calibrate leak. These calibrated leaks have a ISO KF-25 vacuum flange for connection to the helium leak detector. They include a manual on/off valve and come with a NIST Certificate.
